EXL organized
a thought leadership workshop - Offshore BPO: Ideas, Trends
and Insights, at the Four Seasons Hotel, New York, on
Friday, June 24, 2005.
This workshop was organized exclusively for EXL’s
select clients and key strategic prospective relationships.
It was a forum to facilitate an active and transparent
discussion between our clients, key prospects, board of
directors and eminent thought leaders in offshore BPO.
The workshop commenced with a welcome reception and lunch,
followed by interactive sessions and culminating with
a cocktail reception and dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel.
For the evening we hosted our clients and prospects to
a performance of 'Avenue Q', at the Golden Theatre.
Our guests found tremendous value in the ideas shared
on best practices, trends in outsourcing and insights
into the successes of early adopters.
