Vikram Talwar
Executive Chairman
Prior
to joining EXL, Vikram spent 26 years
in Bank of America where he held several
senior management positions. He was
the Senior Vice President and Country
Manager from 1989 to 1993, for the
bank's operations in India. He was
at the helm of a 700 strong wholesale
and retail operations team that was
amongst the most profitable of the
bank's international operations. Vikram
has also worked in the capacity of
CEO and Managing Director at Ernst
& Young Consulting, India and
as their Asia Director for the firm's
Global Operate Business (Outsourcing).
Vikram has had extensive international
exposure in the course of his assignments,
in countries such as Singapore, Indonesia,
Japan and the US. Vikram holds an
MBA from Indian Institute of Management,
Ahmedabad, India. |

Rohit Kapoor
President & Chief Executive
Officer
As
a former business head at Deutsche Bank,
Rohit Kapoor led a marketing team that serviced
clients in Europe, the Middle East and the
Indian Sub-continent. He also managed the
venture capital and private equity investments
of several Ultra High Net Worth clients
in start-up companies both in the U.S. and
Indian TMT sectors. Having successfully
raised several rounds of venture capital
funding for various companies, Rohit has
also been involved in the structuring of
their investments. Prior to Deutsche Bank,
he worked for eight years with Bank of America,
five of which were in Private Banking in
New York and three in Corporate Banking
in India. Rohit holds a B.Tech from IIT
Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of
Management, Ahmedabad, India. |

Pavan Bagai
Chief Operating Officer
As
Chief Operating Officer, Pavan is responsible
for offshore delivery across all the business
lines and geographies and will continue
to spearhead Outsourcing operations. He
will also be responsible for administratively
managing the Transformation services in
India and strategic client relationships.
Previously, he has also played a key role
in identification and execution of initiatives
for inorganic growth. Pavan joined EXL after
a 17-year career at Bank of America where
he had senior management roles in corporate
banking, finance, capital markets and trading
in various markets across Asia and Europe.
He spearheaded the restructuring of the
bank's securities activities in India and
built and led capital markets businesses
in Thailand, Russia, Korea and Poland. Pavan
is an alumnus of St. Stephen's College,
Delhi and holds an MBA from Indian Institute
of Management, Ahmedabad. |

Rembert de Villa
Head of Transformation
As
Head of Transformation, Rembert de Villa
will be responsible for closely integrating
EXL's Research & Analytics, Risk Advisory,
and Process Advisory services with EXL's
Outsourcing services. He joins EXL with
over 23 years of global consulting experience
and leadership, primarily in the financial
services industry. Rembert was most recently
with MasterCard Advisors as Global Practice
Leader for Strategic Services. Prior to
that, he led Capgemini Ernst & Young's
Financial Services Practice for North America.
He was also a Vice-President at A.T. Kearney's
financial institutions practice and spent
his earlier consulting career with Andersen
Consulting (now Accenture) in Europe and
North America, also focusing in the financial
services vertical. Rembert holds an MBA
from the Asian Institute of Management and
attended the postgraduate program in Business
Economics at the University of Bonn. |

Amitabh Hajela
Vice President and Global Head of
Human Resources
Amitabh
Hajela is Vice President and Global Head of
Human Resources at EXL. He is leading the
HR function at the global level and his responsibilities
include HR policies, recruitment, training
and development, talent management, and employee
engagement at the global level. Prior to joining
EXL, Amitabh was with Celanese Corp as the
Director for Global Talent Acquisition and
Leadership Development. He has also served
at American Express (FCE), New Delhi as the
Vice President and Business Leader and in
several significant capacities with General
Electric (GE) both in the US and India. Amitabh
is an alumnus of XLRI with specialization
in Personnel Management and Industrial relations.

Krishna
Nacha
Vice President and Chief Sales &
Marketing Officer
As
Vice President and Chief Sales & Marketing
Officer, Krishna Nacha is responsible for
sales and marketing efforts worldwide across
the outsourcing and transformation business
lines. Prior to joining EXL, Krishna was working
with iGate Global Solutions since 2004 and
was a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Before iGate, Krishna worked with Infosys
for 4 plus years in roles including Group
Sales Manager - Insurance and Healthcare and
Head of Sales for Canada. Krishna has a Masters
in Business Administration from XLRI, India
and an Engineering Degree in Electronics and
Communication from National Institute of Technology,
Karnataka.

Amit Shashank
General Counsel
Amit
Shashank is the General Counsel of EXL.
Prior to joining EXL in June 2004, Amit
was an associate at the law firm of Shearman
& Sterling since January 1997 and worked
on a number of international corporate transactions
including debt and equity securities offerings
and project financings. Amit is a member
of the New York Bar and the New York State
Bar Association. After graduating from Delhi
University (Shri Ram College of Commerce)
with a B.A. (Hons) Economics degree, Amit
attended Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar
and graduated with an M.A. degree in Philosophy,
Politics and Economics and subsequently
attended The University of Michigan Law
School, where he was the Editor-in-Chief
of the Michigan Journal of International
Law, and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree.

Vishal Chhibbar
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Vishal has over 20 years of professional experience in finance and was most recently with GE Capital since 1998 in various senior
leadership roles. Since 2005, Vishal has served as the Regional Head, Group Financial Planning for Strategy and Treasury for GE Capital,
Australia and New Zealand. In 2004 and 2005, Vishal was Chief Financial Officer for GE Capital, South Korea. From 1998 to 2004, Vishal
was the Chief Financial Officer for GE Capital, Indonesia and Malaysia. Prior to GE Capital, Vishal has worked for American Express Bank
and Xerox in India. Vishal is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of CPA, Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from
DAV College, Dehradun.

Vikas
Bhalla
Head of Outsourcing
As
Head of Outsourcing, Vikas Bhalla leads all
outsourcing operations across EXL’s
global delivery centers. Vikas is a Six Sigma
Master Black Belt and has been with EXL for
the last eight years. During this time he
has spearheaded multiple client operations
across the Insurance, Utilities and Financial
Services verticals. Vikas has also held several
leadership roles within the company in the
areas of migrations, process consulting, Six
Sigma, quality compliance, certifications,
information security and business continuity.
Vikas has over sixteen years of work experience
and prior to EXL, he worked with GE, India
and Shriram Fibres in various management positions.
Vikas is an engineering graduate from Institute
of Technology, Banaras Hindu University. |
