Rohit Kapoor co-founded EXL Inc. in April 1999 and has served as our Vice Chairman and CEO since April 2012 and as a director since November 2002. Mr. Kapoor served as our President and CEO from May 2008 to March 2012, as our Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) from November 2002 until June 2005 and from September 2006 to March 2007, as our Chief Operating Officer from June 2007 until April 2008 and as President and CFO of EXL Inc. since August 2000. Prior to founding EXL Inc., Mr. Kapoor served as a business head of Deutsche Bank from July 1999 to July 2000. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Kapoor served in various capacities at Bank of America in the United States and Asia, including India. Mr. Kapoor was appointed as a member of the board of directors of CA Technologies (NASDAQ:CA) on April 7, 2011 and is an active member of NASSCOM BPM Forum. The Company has concluded that in connection with Mr. Kapoor’s experience as a founder and current role as CEO of the Company, he should serve as a director.
He holds a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India and an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India (an affiliate of Harvard Business School).
President and Chief Operating Officer
Pavan Bagai heads EXL's Operations Management Council; and the company’s Banking, Utilities and Analytics businesses report in to him. He is also responsible for the Business EXLERATOR Framework®, Product Development & Partnerships and business-enabling functions such as Technology, Infrastructure and Process Excellence. He provides leadership to all geographies where EXL has a delivery footprint and to the UK business.
At EXL since 2002, Pavan has played a leading role in operations and several strategic initiatives, including the inception of analytics and business transformation and capability development through organic and inorganic means. Pavan joined EXL after a 17-year career at Bank of America, where he held senior management roles in corporate banking, finance, capital markets and trading in various markets across Asia and Europe.
Pavan is an alumnus of St. Stephen's College, Delhi, India and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.
Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer
As Chief Growth Officer, Srivatsan leads the company’s efforts in opening new channels of growth by leveraging his proven track record of identifying, incubating and growing innovative and transformational ventures. In addition to Chief Growth Officer, Srivatsan oversees Sales and Marketing, EXL Consulting and corporate strategy.
Srivatsan brings over 25 years of experience managing rapidly growing organizations. Prior to EXL, Srivatsan was Senior Vice President and Venture Partner at Cognizant, where he spent 14 years holding various senior leadership roles. He significantly grew Cognizant’s Life Sciences and new markets portfolio including Government and Energy & Utilities and accelerated the New Ventures and Digital Solutions portfolio for Healthcare and Life Sciences. He has delivered strong revenue growth, developed large, long-term client relationships, built high performing teams and launched market-leading solutions leveraging analytics, digital technology and as-a-Service delivery. Before joining Cognizant, Srivatsan held several leadership roles in business consulting, IT and eBusiness.
Srivatsan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Master’s Degree from Northwestern University.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Nancy Saltzman has more than 20 years of experience advising large global organizations operating in complex and disparate economic and regulatory environments. She is responsible for managing EXL’s global legal affairs, which includes mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, SEC compliance and reporting, commercial matters, corporate governance, litigation oversight, intellectual property, and labor and employment law. As Chief Compliance Officer she oversees all aspects of EXL’s compliance function. This includes the design and implementation of programs and processes to manage and monitor the risk of legal or regulatory sanctions, litigation, financial loss or reputational harm that could result from failure to comply with laws, regulations, rules, contracts, policies and procedures, stock exchange and other self-regulatory organization compliance standards and internal policies and codes of conduct applicable to its operational activities. Nancy also serves as the executive sponsor for EXL’s Legal Support Solutions business unit.
Nancy joined EXL from Westcon Group, Inc., where she was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary responsible for the company’s global legal activities. During her 9+ years at Westcon, Nancy also served as co-head of the Compliance function. Prior to joining Westcon Group in 2005, Nancy was a corporate associate for capital markets and merger and acquisition at Dewey Ballantine LLP. She also served as Associate General Counsel and Vice President, Investor Relations at Chartwell Re Corporation. She started her career at Shearson Lehman Hutton as a financial analyst.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Vishal Chhibbar, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has over 25 years of extensive experience working with blue chip companies in the areas of M&A, business & financial planning, strategy formulation and evaluation, joint venture management, SEC financial accounting & reporting, procurement, treasury & risk management in diverse markets and economic cycles.
Vishal is responsible for providing key support on all strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. He oversees evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and mergers. Vishal also serves as the executive leader for Finance and Accounting Business. He provides strategic vision and drive growth and profitability of the business.
Before joining EXL, Vishal was with GE Capital for over 10 years. His senior leadership roles included Regional Head of Group Financial Planning for Strategy and Treasury, GE Capital, Australia and New Zealand, and Chief Financial Officer in South Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia. Prior to this, Vishal spent the earlier part of his career at American Express Bank as well as Xerox in India.
Vishal is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) Australia and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.
Executive Vice President and Business Head, Healthcare
As Business Head of Healthcare, Rembert de Villa is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of EXL’s healthcare business. He oversees client management, business development, operations and capability development for the vertical globally. He has held various executive roles at EXL, including Chief Strategy Officer and Business Head of Transformation Services.
Prior to joining EXL in 2008, Rembert spent more than 25 years in management consulting, primarily in the financial services industry, with companies such as MasterCard Advisors, Capgemini Ernst & Young’s North American Financial Services Practice, A.T. Kearney’s Global Financial Institutions Group, and Andersen Consulting, now Accenture.
Rembert holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines. He also completed the Columbia Senior Executive Program at Columbia University, United States, and attended the postgraduate program in Business Economics at the University of Bonn, Germany, as a Konrad Adenauer Foundation scholar. Rembert is Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce, New York.

Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer
Nalin Miglani is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer. He is responsible for building a market-leading, client-centric workforce and growing and nurturing talent on a global scale. Nalin has delivered business-driven HR strategy at global, national and regional levels. He was most recently the Chief HR and Corporate Development Officer for Nutreco, a $5 billion global leader in animal and fish nutrition, where he led the creation of a comprehensive framework for strategic execution and a new rewards strategy, among other initiatives.
Nalin also served as the Chief HR and Communications officer for the $1.5 billion Tata Global Beverages Company, where he focused on organizational design and cultural transformation. He also held various global and regional HR leadership roles around the world during a 10-year career at The Coca-Cola Company.
Nalin holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a BA in Economics from the University of Delhi.
