Impressions ’08 – Conquering New Highs

The year 2007 at EXL was about conquering new highs through the relentless pursuit of excellence. We began with a vision of “providing a competitive edge to our clients through transformation and outsourcing of business processes” and we took the necessary actions that exceeded everyone’s expectations.

The 2007 Results: We increased our range of offerings by integrating transformation with outsourcing services; accelerated our geographic expansion of delivery locations; forayed into the domestic BPO business; expanded our verticals base with offerings to the telecommunication and transportation sectors, our client list swelled across all our offerings and we have significantly increased demand and revenue from our existing client base - and so much more.

Today, standing at the threshold of yet another year, we feel more confident because of our achievements and look forward to conquering even greater highs.
