From being looked upon as the outsourcing destination that would reduce costs and provide a competitive edge to companies, India 2.0 is witnessing the consolidation of the industry and development of transformational capabilities with knowledge and advisory services.

However, what is going to be the long-term impact of this development? What could be the opportunities that the outsourcing industry should look out for? And what steps need to be taken to counter issues that may hinder this evolution?
