The Offshore BPO: Ideas, Trends and Insights workshop is a forum organized by EXL Service, exclusively for its select clients and key strategic prospective relationships. This is the third workshop in our thought leadership series.

The theme of the season is Offshore BPO: Changing Landscape, Evolving Strategies - a trend that is irreversible, offers opportunities and poses challenges for the outsourcing industry. We interact and discuss the shift from cost arbitrage to productivity gains, the distinct move up the value chain and the evolution from non-core process outsourcing to decision enabling analytics solutions. It is an opportunity for senior executives to understand how outsourcing is moving towards impacting the bottom line, as the focus shifts to end-to-end process outsourcing solutions and management of business risks.

We hope the subject will provide relevant insights and meaningful discussions reflecting our guests’ current business situations.

It is a two-day event designed for a day of unwinding and a day for the workshop sessions. We tee off with a session of golf for the avid golfers and a luxurious spa indulgence for those who simply desire to rejuvenate themselves. We conclude the day with a cocktail reception followed with dinner at one of the best vineyards in California at the Staglin Family Vineyard in Napa. The workshop begins the following day with a welcome reception and breakfast at 7:00 am, followed by various interactive sessions, closing with lunch at the Silverado Resorts.
