Winning with Execution is a workshop organized by EXL Service, exclusively for its select clients and key strategic prospects. It is the fourth workshop in our thought leadership series.

The theme for the thought leadership event is Offshore Outsourcing: Winning with Execution. The event is an opportunity for senior executives to share best practices on achieving best-in-class execution. The day's sessions are addressed by reputed experts and successful practitioners.

The keynote, Execution: The Competitive Advantage, will be delivered by Dr. Ram Charan. A noted and renowned expert on business strategy, Dr. Charan has coached some of the world's most successful CEOs, and for more than thirty-five years has worked behind the scenes at companies like GE, KLM, Bank of America, DuPont, Novartis, EMC, Home Depot and Verizon.

Dr. Charan is the coauthor of Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done, and many other inspiring books.
