ExlService Holdings Inc., a leading third party
Business Process Outsourcing company, announced
today the appointment of Garen K. Staglin as an
independent director on EXL's board with effect
from June 24, 2005. Mr. Staglin comes on board with
over 30 years' experience in the financial services
and technology industries.
Welcoming Mr. Staglin to the Board of Directors,
Mr. Vikram Talwar, Vice Chairman and CEO,
EXL Service, said, "Garen represents
a valuable addition to EXL's board. He brings significant
insurance and financial services domain expertise
that we hope to leverage to continue to strengthen
our business".
Mr. Rohit Kapoor, President, EXL Service,

Mr. Staglin was a Director of First Data Corporation
and till recently was President and CEO of eONE
Global LP, an emerging payments company. Previously,
he was Chairman and CEO of Safelite Glass Corporation,
a manufacturer and retailer of replacement autoglass
and related insurance services. Prior to his experience
at Safelite, Mr. Staglin was President of ADP Automotive
Claims Services, a leading provider of auto physical
damage claims estimating software and services.
Mr. Staglin is on the board of Global Document Solutions,
Inc., a digital printing, imaging and CRM outsourcing
company. He is also on the board of Solera, Inc.,
a consulting, outsourced services and strategic
technology provider focused on auto physical damage
claims solutions.
Mr. Staglin is an investor in several private companies
and hedge funds, and is a Special Limited Partner
for FT Ventures, a $600 million equity firm headquartered
in San Francisco, California. FT Ventures is an
investor in EXL Service.
He recently joined the Advisory Board of the Cambridge
University Business School in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Staglin holds a B.S. in engineering from UCLA
and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
