Kini
leads the Risk Advisory Services division
of EXL and has the overall responsibility
for client acquisition, relationship management
and service delivery for clients across the
globe.
He joined EXL in 2001 and has held responsibilities
for internal audit, risk management, legal
& regulatory compliance and information
security. Kini has led Risk Advisory Services
since its inception and has managed several
large risk advisory engagements.
Kini is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified
Public Accountant licensee candidate. His
other credentials include CISA, CIA, CFM and
CMA. He has successfully completed qualifying
examinations and is a licensee candidate for
CISM and CISSP credentials. He has over 15
years experience in public accounting, consulting,
financial management and risk advisory services.
Prior to EXL, he worked with two of the Big
Four accounting firms in their business assurance
and consulting divisions, where he has extensively
served varied clients in the financial services,
manufacturing, retail, and energy sectors.

Nikhil
heads our North America Risk Advisory practice.
He holds the overall responsibility for service
delivery, client relationships and practice
development in the North America region. Nikhil’s
expertise lies in evaluation and assessment
of IT systems, processes and controls from
a risk management and compliance perspective.
At EXL, Nikhil has led several IT controls
and security evaluation projects for large
multinational companies based in the US.
Nikhil is an engineer from the Delhi College
of Engineering and an MBA from the Indian
Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. In addition
to this, Nikhil holds CISSP and CISA certifications
and is also a ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. He joined
EXL after having worked for over 4 years with
one of India’s largest IT Services companies
where he led projects in IT controls assessment,
information security consulting, IT security
design, data privacy and information security
legislative compliance and certification services
for ISO 27001 across industry verticals. |

Clive leads our UK & Europe Risk Advisory
practice providing risk, governance and compliance
consulting to Europe based clients. With more
than 20 years internal audit and risk advisory
experience, Clive joined EXL from one of the
Big 4 accounting firms where he managed a
number of outsourced and co-sourced internal
audit engagements within the public and private
sectors. He has facilitated risk management
activity with clients through workshops, operational
risk reviews and risk benchmarking.
Clive’s expertise in SOX and regulatory
compliance has helped multi-national companies
institute risk, compliance and governance
frameworks within their business operations.
In addition to being a member of the Institute
of Internal Auditors, Clive has completed
the BSI ISO9000:2000 Lead Auditor qualification
to assist organisations work within structured
quality management systems. |

Yogendra
leads our risk advisory practice in the Asia
Pacific region. He manages client relationships
in the Far East and Asia Pacific and is also
responsible for managing client service delivery
from our offshore centers.
At EXL, Yogendra has advised several clients
including Fortune 100 and leading financial
services companies in the areas of SOX 404
readiness and operational risk management.
He has worked extensively for clients across
the Far East and the US.
Yogendra is a Certified Accountant with over
9 years of experience in Assurance & Business
Advisory Services, Global Risk Management
Solutions and Forensic Services. He brings
with him 7 years of experience with a Big
Four accounting firm. Yogendra has worked
extensively on assignments involving internal
control reviews, operational audits and risk
management projects. Yogendra's expertise
lies in creating manuals and operating procedures
and in developing frameworks for robust Management
Information Systems (MIS) for clients across
diverse industry verticals. |

Vinit
is a principal advisor at EXL Risk Advisory
and is leading the risk advisory services
for banks and other financial institutions.
He has developed the EXL Risk Advisory internal
audit methodology in compliance with international
best practices and he is responsible for ensuring
its successful implementation across client
locations.
Vinit is a Fellow of Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India and is also
a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
He has over 23 years of professional experience
with leading commercial banks and two of the
Big Four in assurance, banking operations
and internal audit.
His professional exposure includes the implementation
of a best-practice Corporate Governance framework
and an enterprise-wide Risk Management framework
for Basel 2 implementation for a leading commercial
bank. He has also been involved in implementing
risk-based internal audit approaches for leading
banks in compliance with the Basel Committee’s
guidelines on internal audit for banks. Vinit
is on the Governing Board of the IIA’s
New Delhi Chapter.
