EXL Appoints Nalin Miglani as EVP, Chief Human Resource Officer

Nalin will also join EXL’s Executive Committee and will be based at the corporate headquarters in New York.

In his 20 year career that has spanned several countries throughout Europe and Asia, Miglani has delivered business-driven HR strategy at global, country and regional levels. He was most recently the Chief HR and Corporate Development Officer for Nutreco, a $5 billion global leader in animal and fish nutrition, where he led the creation of a comprehensive framework for strategic execution and a new rewards strategy, among other initiatives. Miglani also served as the Chief HR and Communications officer for the $1.5 billion Tata Global Beverages Company where he focused on organizational design and cultural transformation, and held various global and regional HR leadership roles around the world during a 10-year career at The Coca-Cola Company.
Miglani holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur and a BA in Economics from the University of Delhi.
