Vikram Talwar to Retire From EXL Board of Directors

(Nasdaq:EXLS), a leading business process solutions (BPS) company, today announced that Vikram Talwar, co-founder and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, will retire from the Board on February 5, 2014. Mr. Talwar, whose career spans more than four decades, served as Non-Executive Chairman of EXL since 2011 and was Executive Chairman from 2008 to 2011 and Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2008.
Garen K. Staglin will become Chairman of the Board, effective February 5, 2014. Mr. Staglin has been a member of EXL’s Board since 2005 and currently serves as Lead Independent Director. He has over 35 years of experience in the financial services and technology industries.
