EXL Wins Aon Hewitt Voice of Employee Award

This award, based on employee opinion scores, illustrates EXL’s investment in its people practices that attract and retain strong talent who generate business impact for EXL’s clients.

Aon Hewitt conducted the employer survey using a proven data-driven approach to define best employers using three data sources – employees, HR and business leadership. The data for the study is gathered through the Employee Opinion Survey (EOS), People Practices Inventory (PPI) and the CEO Questionnaire (CEO), followed by a physical audit by a team of consultants from Aon Hewitt and an independent assessment by an external panel of judges.
