Vikas Kapoor

Vikas Kapoor heads EXL’s business in Australia & New Zealand and has responsibility for leading P&C insurance.

He is responsible for creating account strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, business impact and human capital development. Well versed with all aspects of outsourcing including operations, migrations, service delivery, six sigma, research & analytics, sales and business development and client relationship, he has worked at client locations across geographies and offices reflecting flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills.

Abhimanyu Bhola

Abhimanyu Bhola leads new business growth for EXL in Australia & New Zealand region. 

Based in Melbourne, he has over 20 years of experience in consulting, services, technology and outsourcing sectors with varied clients across geographies in Australia, United States and Canada. Abhimanyu holds a Bachelors degree in Technology and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Robin Chua

Vice President, Decision Analytics at EXL Australia

Robin Chua is Vice President and leads EXL Analytics business across Australia and New Zealand, in Banking, Insurance and Healthcare sectors.

Robin has 25+ years of experience in banking and consulting; he is a specialist in business transformation programs across banking, capital markets and insurance industries and has led advanced analytics in customer life cycle management, pricing, risk and regulatory, marketing, claims management, and financial crime management domain. Robin has worked in finance, operations and sales arm of global banks like HSBC, Citibank, CBA, Westpac Banking Corporation, and headed analytics advisory and consulting business with Oracle, IBM and Genpact in Australia previously. He is an MBA from University of Otago (NZ) and is a qualified Banker and Fellow from FINSIA.

Vilas Madan

Vice President - Client Executive, Australia & New Zealand

Vilas Madan is the Client Executive for one of EXL's largest clients in Australia, responsible for managing contracts, transitions and operations delivery.

Based in Sydney, he has held several leadership roles during his 17 years at EXL, managing large complex transitions and operations for multiple clients in the Insurance, Banking and Financial Services and Utilities sector. He has more than 20 years of experience in BPM, Project Management, Transition and Customer Service. Vilas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and he is a trained Six sigma Black Belt.
