Vikas Kapoor

Vikas Kapoor heads EXL’s business in Australia & New Zealand and has responsibility for leading P&C insurance.

He is responsible for creating account strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, business impact and human capital development. Well versed with all aspects of outsourcing including operations, migrations, service delivery, six sigma, research & analytics, sales and business development and client relationship, he has worked at client locations across geographies and offices reflecting flexibility and excellent interpersonal skills.

Rajnil Mallik

Rajnil has over 20 years’ experience with advanced analytics. He has worked across the globe with Fortune 500 and large privately held enterprises in a number of industries including insurance, banking, retail CPG, media and entertainment, etc. Prior to EXL, Rajnil has worked with KPMG, Kepler Cannon (a boutique consulting firm that he founded), Opera Solutions, PWC & MMG. He has also worked with Inductis prior to the EXL acquisition. Rajnil holds an MBA from IIM, Calcutta, and a B. Tech in electrical engineering from IIT, Kharagpur.

Vilas Madan

Vilas Madan is the Client Executive for one of EXL's largest clients in Australia, responsible for managing contracts, transitions and operations delivery.

Based in Sydney, he has held several leadership roles during his 17 years at EXL, managing large complex transitions and operations for multiple clients in the Insurance, Banking and Financial Services and Utilities sector. He has more than 20 years of experience in BPM, Project Management, Transition and Customer Service. Vilas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University and he is a trained Six sigma Black Belt.

Elizabeth May

Elizabeth May leads the Analytics growth vision across both Australia and New Zealand, including existing and new client development.

Liz is based in Sydney and brings 25 years’ of experience to EXL where she has lead a strong team and vast client portfolio across the entire end-to-end journey of data, tech and insights. Liz has also delivered to global and regional leadership roles in several organisations, including 10 years with Kantar and Nielsen, and the most recent 11 years based in ANZ with Infotools and Dynata. Liz also represents Australia at ESOMAR, where she is working with industry leaders to ensure the usage and governance of data are optimised and reflected appropriately within businesses.

Liz holds a BSc. In Business Studies and Spanish from the University of Wales, and a Multi-Regional International Business program certificate from ESC Lyon (France) and the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (Spain).

Steve Smith

Steve leads the EXL Australia Insurance Consulting team and has an extensive consulting experience, working with clients across a number of industries to support their business and technology initiatives and helping define their complex problems, proposing innovative solutions, and supporting their transformational projects.

Steve has had previous experiences with DXC where he led their Complex Systems Integration practice and Capgemini Australia, initially leading their Consulting practice, before taking on the BI / Analytics practice, and ultimately taking on a leadership role for Capgemini Australia with accountability for all delivery and all practices. Before migrating to Australia, Steve spent 7 years at Deloitte Consulting in the UK and 5 years in industry, including some time as a CIO for a FTSE100 manufacturing company.

Abhimanyu Bhola

Abhimanyu Bhola leads new business growth for EXL in Australia & New Zealand region. 

Based in Melbourne, he has over 20 years of experience in consulting, services, technology and outsourcing sectors with varied clients across geographies in Australia, United States and Canada. Abhimanyu holds a Bachelors degree in Technology and a Masters degree in Business Administration.
