Bhupender Singh

Bhupender Singh is president, head of international growth markets, and a member of the executive committee. In this role, he is responsible for leading and accelerating growth for the EMEA and APAC regions.

At EXL, Bhupender is responsible for advancing the company’s leadership in data and AI across global markets. Drawing on his extensive industry and commercial expertise, he helps accelerate strategic execution, refine go-to-market priorities and drive disciplined growth at scale. He plays a critical role in expanding EXL’s differentiated data and AI-led value proposition internationally, deepening client partnerships and supporting long-term, sustainable growth.

Prior to this role, Bhupender was president and co-CEO of Teleperformance, a leader in global business services. Prior to Teleperformance, Bhupender was CEO of Intelenet Global Services, a business process management company which was acquired by Teleperformance in 2018. Both of these roles saw Bhupender driving double-digit organic revenue growth and margin expansion.

Bhupender holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Mumbai.
