Madhavi brings more than two decades of distinguished leadership in global operations, transformation, and enterprise capability building. She oversees all domain operations and finance and accounting for the strategic growth units across global delivery locations and business areas. Madhavi is also a member of EXL’s Operating Committee.

Previously, Madhavi held senior leadership roles across major global organizations, including global head of enterprise operations at Vodafone Shared Services and CEO roles at Northern Trust Captive, State Street Captive, and Principal Financial Captive. She has led large-scale operations across technology, analytics, finance, transformation, compliance, and regulatory functions, with a recent focus on enterprise-wide transformation and embedding advanced AI capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.

From 2004 to 2017, Madhavi played a key role in EXL’s growth-leading banking and insurance operations, establishing the Philippines service delivery presence, driving merger and acquisition integration. Additionally, she has overseen enterprise functions like HR and recruitment. Madhavi also managed international delivery locations, contributing to EXL’s global expansion.

With a proven track record of leading complex global operations, building high-performing teams, and driving strategic transformation, Madhavi’s expertise and passion for innovation strengthen EXL’s ability to deliver exceptional value to clients worldwide. 

Madhavi holds a Bachelor of Laws degree with a multi-disciplinary major from ILS Law College, Pune, and a Bachelor of Commerce in accounting from The Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce, Pune. She is also Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt certified through GE Capital.
