Mohit Manchanda

Mohit Manchanda is senior vice president and head of the insurance, health, life sciences, and diversified industries group practice (retail and CPG, manufacturing and automotive, media and technology, sports and entertainment) for UK and EMEA. In this role he oversees data management, analytics, and AI services, as well as digital operations and finance and accounting. Mohit is responsible for shaping the overall strategy and growth across a wide spectrum of industry verticals while also overseeing profit and loss responsibilities including sales, client relationship management, product development, partnerships and alliances, and mergers and acquisition activity.

With over 25 years of experience in business management across multiple industry verticals, Mohit has held several key roles at EXL. These include establishing the consulting and finance and accounting practices across North America, UK, EMEA, and APAC regions. Prior to joining EXL, Mohit worked with two of the Big Four accounting firms and is a chartered accountant by profession.
