Notice regarding fraudulent job offers and recruitment

EXL has become aware of individuals who have been sending out fake employment offers and posting fraudulent job and recruitment advertisements in an attempt to defraud candidates. These individuals ask for sensitive personal/financial information and payments for job offers. Documents and information shared with prospective candidates may appear legitimate and may include EXL’s logo, names of EXL employees or other details about EXL that have been taken from its public website or social networking pages.

This is a scam and these unsolicited job offers and advertisements are fake and are not associated with EXL in any way.

EXL never requires or asks for fees/payments or credit card or bank details during any phase of the recruitment or hiring process and has not authorized any agencies or partners to collect any fee or payment from prospective candidates. EXL will only extend a job offer after a candidate has gone through a formal interview process with members of EXL’s Human Resources team, as well as our hiring managers.

If you have received a fraudulent offer of employment or believe you have been the victim of fraudulent activity via the internet, we recommend that you notify and file a complaint with the United States Government. You can find out more information, including where to file a complaint, at the following link:
