EXL’s partnership with a large, U.K.-based energy and home services provider for a major digital transformation project has been recognized as a “stand out” case study in both “United Kingdom & Ireland” and “Energy and Utilities”. The project involved the development of the Management Information Assistant (MIA) platform, a search-based business intelligence solution that deploys artificial intelligence to analyze and manage a large section of back- and front-office services.
This award recognizes the best in class digital transformation work with enterprise customers. ISG selected the top case studies from a record number of provider submissions of nearly 250. Selections are based on a multi-dimensional assessment of the tangible impact of digital transformation on the client’s business and the uniqueness of the provider’s solution.
