Mr. Kapoor co-founded EXL Inc. in April 1999 and has served as our Vice Chairman and CEO since April 2012 and as a director since November 2002. Mr. Kapoor served as our President and CEO from May 2008 to March 2012, as our Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) from November 2002 until June 2005 and from September 2006 to March 2007, as our Chief Operating Officer from June 2007 until April 2008 and as President and CFO of EXL Inc. since August 2000. Prior to founding EXL Inc., Mr. Kapoor served as a business head of Deutsche Bank from July 1999 to July 2000. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Kapoor served in various capacities at Bank of America in the United States and Asia, including India. Mr. Kapoor is the Chairman of the National Association of Software and Services Companies (“NASSCOM”) BPM Council. Since March 2014, Mr. Kapoor has been a director of the New York Tri-State chapter of Pratham USA, a non-profit organization. Mr. Kapoor joined the Board of Directors of the America India Foundation (AIF), a non-profit organization, in January 2018.
Pavan Bagai heads EXL's Operations Management Council; and the company’s Banking, Utilities and Analytics businesses report in to him. He is also responsible for the Business EXLERATOR Framework®, Product Development & Partnerships and business-enabling functions such as Technology, Infrastructure and Process Excellence. He provides leadership to all geographies where EXL has a delivery footprint and to the UK business.
At EXL since 2002, Pavan has played a leading role in operations and several strategic initiatives, including the inception of analytics and business transformation and capability development through organic and inorganic means. Pavan joined EXL after a 17-year career at Bank of America, where he held senior management roles in corporate banking, finance, capital markets and trading in various markets across Asia and Europe.
Pavan is an alumnus of St. Stephen's College, Delhi, India and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India
As Chief Growth Officer, Srivatsan leads the company’s efforts in opening new channels of growth by leveraging his proven track record of identifying, incubating and growing innovative and transformational ventures. In addition to Chief Growth Officer, Srivatsan oversees Sales and Marketing, EXL Consulting and corporate strategy.
Srivatsan brings over 25 years of experience managing rapidly growing organizations. Prior to EXL, Srivatsan was Senior Vice President and Venture Partner at Cognizant, where he spent 14 years holding various senior leadership roles. He significantly grew Cognizant’s Life Sciences and new markets portfolio including Government and Energy & Utilities and accelerated the New Ventures and Digital Solutions portfolio for Healthcare and Life Sciences. He has delivered strong revenue growth, developed large, long-term client relationships, built high performing teams and launched market-leading solutions leveraging analytics, digital technology and as-a-Service delivery. Before joining Cognizant, Srivatsan held several leadership roles in business consulting, IT and eBusiness.
Srivatsan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Master’s Degree from Northwestern University.
Vishal Chhibbar, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has over 25 years of extensive experience working with blue chip companies in the areas of M&A, business & financial planning, strategy formulation and evaluation, joint venture management, SEC financial accounting & reporting, procurement, treasury & risk management in diverse markets and economic cycles.
Vishal is responsible for providing key support on all strategic and tactical matters related to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. He oversees evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and mergers. Vishal also serves as the executive leader for Finance and Accounting Business. He provides strategic vision and drive growth and profitability of the business.
Before joining EXL, Vishal was with GE Capital for over 10 years. His senior leadership roles included Regional Head of Group Financial Planning for Strategy and Treasury, GE Capital, Australia and New Zealand, and Chief Financial Officer in South Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia. Prior to this, Vishal spent the earlier part of his career at American Express Bank as well as Xerox in India.
Vishal is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) Australia and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified.
Vikas Bhalla leads insurance client service and delivery through EXL’s global delivery centers. Vikas is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has been with EXL since 2001. During his tenure he has spearheaded multiple client operations across the Insurance, Utilities and Financial Services verticals. Vikas has also held several leadership roles within the company in the areas of migrations, process consulting, Six Sigma, quality compliance, certifications, information security and business continuity. Prior to joining EXL, he worked with GE India and Shriram Fibres in various management positions. Vikas is an engineering graduate from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, India.
Nalin Miglani is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer. He is responsible for building a market-leading, client-centric workforce, growing and nurturing talent on a global scale. Nalin has delivered business-driven HR strategy at global, national and regional levels. He was most recently the Chief HR and Corporate Development Officer for Nutreco, a $5 billion global leader in animal and fish nutrition, where he led the creation of a comprehensive framework for strategic execution and a new rewards strategy, among other initiatives.
Nalin also served as the Chief HR and Communication officer for the $1.5 billion Tata Global Beverages Company, where he focused on organizational design and cultural transformation. He also held various global and regional HR leadership roles around the world during a 10-year career at The Coca-Cola Company.
Nalin holds an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a BA in Economics from the University of Delhi.
Sam Meckey is an Executive Vice President and a member of the EXL Executive Committee. A seasoned executive with a consistent track record of exceptional results, Sam is responsible for driving growth and profitability for EXL’s healthcare business and oversees strategy, capability and solution development.
Previously, Sam served as President of Optum Global Solutions, overseeing the company's global operations and technology services organization. He held various executive roles with UnitedHealth Group, including Senior Vice President, Population Health, and Chief Operating Officer, Care Management and Advocacy.
Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Sam was an officer and a pilot in the United States Navy, completing three overseas deployments to Europe and South America.
Sam holds an undergraduate degree in economics from the United States Naval Academy, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Sam is actively involved in Catholic Education, serving on the boards of two schools in the Minneapolis area.
Ajay Ayyappan is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He is a member of the Executive Committee and serves as Global Head of the Legal function with responsibility for all legal matters. He leads a team of over 25 attorneys and other legal professionals across EXL operations. Ajay joined EXL in 2007 as an Assistant General Counsel, and immediately prior to his current role he was Deputy General Counsel of the company. Ajay has over 16 years of experience across M&A, commercial contracting, securities, regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial work. He started his career in 2002 as a Corporate Associate at the New York offices of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
Ajay holds a Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law where he served as an Editor of the Law Review, and a B.A. from Binghamton University.
Pradeep is Senior Vice President and Global Head of the Travel, Transportation and Logistics Business at EXL, where he and his teams are driving Business Transformation in Operations, Analytics, Finance and Digital areas for EXL clients. EXL is a leading business process solutions company that looks deeper to drive business impact through industry knowledge and data. Pradeep’s teams provide operations management, analytics, consulting and technology enabled solutions to organizations across multiple industries such as Trucking, Brokerage, Logistics, Travel Management Companies, Airlines, Hotels, Online Travel Agencies among others.
Prior to joining EXL in 2010, Pradeep was EVP and Co-CEO of the Industrial & Infrastructure Services unit at WNS Global Services where he created the go-to market strategy and launched the business unit focused on the Manufacturing, Utilities, Telecom, Shipping and Logistics industries. At WNS he grew the business 100% between 2007 and 2010. Prior to WNS, Pradeep held increasingly responsible roles in Information Technology at companies such as BASF, Bear Stearns, Merck and Engelhard Corp.
Pradeep holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and has completed an executive certificate in Global Management from Thunderbird. Additionally, Pradeep serves as an advisory board member on the Customer Experience Board at Rutgers University and is an appointed member of the Public Transit Advisory Committee in Princeton, New Jersey.
Vivek is an analytics leader with 15 years of experience consulting to Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom and Media companies across the world. He has broad experience across Marketing, Risk Management, New Product Development, Loyalty, Re-engineering and financial management.
Vivek co-leads EXL’s fast-growing Analytics business with clients in the US, UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific. The EXL analytics team comprised of data scientists, business analysts and consultants, work with our clients to generate business insights from structured and unstructured data, and turn them in to actions.
Brad leads EXL’s Insurance Platform Services business unit with overall responsibility for delivering solutions and services to meet our insurance clients’ needs. With over 30 years of experience in technology, strategy, and operations, Brad’s focus is on combining technology and services to deliver distinctive capabilities. Brad has over 15 years of insurance industry experience combined with a rich technology and operations background.
Brad joined EXL in 2011 as part of the acquisition of The Hartford Insurance Group subsidiary, Trumbull Services, of which he was President.
Baljinder joined EXL as part of the founding management team and has over 20 years of global leadership in business, technology, product Development, Transformation and Digital.
Baljinder leads strategy, innovation, client engagements and delivery of digital business solutions powered by domain expertise, data based analytical context and advanced digital technologies.
He manages Advanced Digital Technologies and Productization of Digital Solutions in industry domains of Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Utilities, Transportation and Travel.
A strategic thinker with a distinguished combination of business domain knowledge, advanced digital technologies expertise and consultative solutions; he partners with the clients to enhance their experience, reimagine their business and drive transformational outcomes and accelerated business impact.
In his roles as the Global CIO and Global Head of Product Development, Baljinder has envisioned and fostered EXL's enterprise and business-technology landscape. He has built the foundation and managed our commercial-technology offerings through product development and platform business services.
Baljinder has a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and holds accreditations from Kellogg School of Management and Indian School of Business. He is an active member of the Chief Digital Officer, CTO and CIO fraternity, a distinguished speaker and a contributor in industry initiatives. He was named in the CIO100 Hall of Fame.
Kini is the global leader for EXL’s Finance & Accounting business that cuts across all industry verticals, where he owns sales, client relationship management, product development and service delivery. He joined EXL in 2001 and has built market-leading capabilities in F&A, including finance transformation and risk advisory services for global clients. In his earlier role, Kini incubated and grew a high impact CFO consulting business from 0 to 250+ consultants with a number of F500 clients. As part of the leadership team of an early start up company, Kini led and supported various strategic initiatives, including raising venture capital, strategic sale of the company and buy-back and recapitalization.
Kini has over 20 years of experience in CFO services outsourcing, public accounting, consulting, financial management and risk advisory services. Prior to joining EXL, he has worked with two of the Big 4 accounting firms in their business assurance and consulting divisions where he extensively served varied clients in financial services, manufacturing, retail, and the energy sector. Kini is an industry recognized thought leader and has been a speaker on leading edge topics such as the Changing Role of the CFO, Digital Finance Transformation, Finance Innovation in Insurance Companies and Regulatory Compliance in Financial Services Firms.
Kini is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant licensee candidate. His other credentials include CISA, CIA, CFM and CMA. He has also successfully completed qualifying exams and is a licensee candidate for CISM and CISSP.
Keith leads the Life and Annuity Business Unit and is a proven executive with over 30 years of diverse business experience in Life and Annuities. Over that time, Keith was a Partner at Accenture where he held multiple roles including running the Life insurance E-commerce practice, CRM practice and Insurance BPO practice. He also served as Client Partner for a number of large Insurance carriers. During his time with Accenture, Keith also served as the COO/CIO for Marketplace by John Hancock. His main focus is client mangaement, business growth and profitability, client delivery and driving the Life and Annuity business strategy. In addition, he leads the the LifePRO and LISS Platform businesses in the US and UK. As well as EXL’s Life and Annuity TPA business.
Keith earned his AB in Computer Science from Brown University.
Ankor co-leads EXL Analytics and has helped leading Fortune 500 companies build scalable and complex analytics capabilities leveraging the talent and efficiencies of the global delivery model. Before EXL Analytics, Ankor was a Partner with Inductis, which was one of the first third-party analytics companies that set up operations in India in the early 2000s with clients in Financial Services and Insurance.
Mike has overall responsibility for commercial software product solutions at EXL. In this role, he is charged with co-leading EXL’s digital strategy, innovation and product incubation programs and is responsible for delivering a portfolio of innovative and market leading products and solutions that serve clients across their service value chain to enhance growth, profitability and customer experience in a dynamic digital world.
Mike has 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and a fortune 500 technology executive in US Domestic and International markets. He is a digital innovator with a track record of leading and leveraging disruptive technology trends and using innovation to lead business and technology transformations to drive business growth.
Mike joined EXL in 2016 after nearly 13 years with ADP. Most recently, as SVP & CIO, he led ADP’s International product and technology organizations in Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions. Prior to this role, Mike served as CTO for ADP leading the innovation and digital transformation of its cloud solutions for 5 years. He started at ADP as CTO of ADP’s Time & Labor Management Group after his start-up was acquired in 2003.
Siva is Senior Vice President, Head of SCIO Health Analytics Business where he is responsible for healthcare strategy, ensuring client satisfaction, developing solutions and service delivery models that help clients solve business issues, acquiring key analytics assets and building a strong leadership team.
Siva joined EXL in 2018 as part of the acquisition of SCIO Health Analytics®, of which he was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He has led SCIO® to rapid growth in the nascent health analytics market for over a decade through a combination of inorganic and organic assets and integrating them to deliver significant value to clients and investors.
Siva’s prior experience includes leading key operating units in organizations such as EDS, MphasiS, Perot Systems, Gartner and Intel corp. In addition to vast healthcare experience, Siva has deep expertise in analytics, business consulting, technology and finance. He has also successfully led 7 M&A deals as an operator and has helped realize value for investors and clients. Siva is a frequent speaker in industry events and has published thought pieces in the areas of healthcare, innovation, next generation service delivery models and analytics. Siva holds an M.B.A. from Ross school of Business at University of Michigan and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
