In EXL’s second study on the state of AI, we found that 76% of companies believe their company is ahead of the competition in deploying AI. However, only 14% actually qualified as AI Leaders.

KEY FINDINGS
Results from the survey include:
- 01<p>50% of AI Leaders completely changed their operating model to support AI versus 2% of Laggard.</p>
- 02<p>Leaders embedded AI into 56% of a company’s workflows, while Laggards only implemented it into 34%.</p>
- 03<p>75% of Leaders plan on significantly or moderately ramping up their genAI programs versus 54% of Laggards.</p>
