EXL & Google: A Premier Partnership

EXL has been a Google Cloud Premier Partner in the Service Engagement Model since 2021. EXL continues investing in the partnership by building its Google Cloud AI solutions portfolio, allowing us to create our own GenAI platform, along with developing and implementing new GenAI use cases for our core domains. By partnering with Google, EXL can innovate faster with enterprise-ready GenAI, implementing expansive foundation models to test and refine within AI-powered applications.

The EXL and Google Cloud partnership is continuing to grow and develop. EXL is leveraging Vertex, Google’s open and integrated AI platform, allowing for cross-team collaboration and improved model development.

EXL aims to build specialized AI solutions on top of the Vertex AI platform, such as AI for contact centers and other targeted capabilities to enhance business results.

EXL plans to scale existing digital solutions and build GenAI data CoEs using Vertex AI's APIs, such as PaLM API for text. This can help design prompts with flexibility in terms of their structure and format.

As EXL grows, its foundational security models and GenAI tools for protection, instant threat recognition, alerts, and other capabilities must grow in turn. EXL is leveraging Gemini, a family of multimodal LLMs developed by Google DeepMind, to help detect, contain, and stop threats.
