In May through June of 2023, EXL conducted a materiality assessment with assistance from a third-party consultant, Alliance Advisors. 

This assessment helped us to understand and execute on strategy and goals and to determine topics to prioritize for disclosure and associated with environmental and social impact for the company and our stakeholders.

We identified key topics, and assessed their importance with internal and external stakeholders through direct engagement through survey questionnaires and interviews and review of global frameworks, standards and ratings.
