EXL has been recognized as a leader in payer digital transformation services for the second consecutive time in the ISG Provider Lens™ Healthcare Digital Services 2022 Report where ISG highlights the current market positioning of service providers that offer digital transformation services to payers in the U.S. and shows how each provider addresses the rising demands and key challenges in the country.
ISG cites the variety of technology leveraged to build EXL’s robust data-driven and artificial intelligence-led capabilities, as well as its extensive industry experience, as the strengths that drove the firm’s success in the payer space in 2022.
ISG also named EXL a Product Challenger for the second consecutive year for Provider Digital Transformation Services and Healthcare Interoperability Services and Solutions.
